3D CAD/CAM
From concept to finished component — we design, model, and program parts in-house and send them straight to our networked machining centers.
Computer-Aided Design, Start to Finish
Computer-aided drafting is an important industrial art used extensively across the industries we serve. Our team applies CAD through every stage of the engineering process — from conceptual design and product layout to manufacturing components and detailing a wide variety of objects.
Our technicians are trained in SolidWorks (3D solid modeling), AutoCAD, and FeatureCAM. Because our machining centers are networked, we move directly from an approved model to cut metal without re-drawing a thing.
At a Glance
From Model to Finished Part
The same geometry we model on screen becomes the part in your hand. CAD defines it, CAM programs the toolpaths, and our machines cut it to spec.
Design & Model
Concepts become dimensioned 3D solid models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Program (CAM)
FeatureCAM generates efficient, verified toolpaths from the approved model.
Machine
Files feed our networked centers directly — DXF, DWG, and solid models, no re-work.
The Software We Run
Trained technicians on the industry-standard platforms — so your files, drawings, and models are in familiar hands.
SolidWorks
Parametric 3D modeling and assemblies for design, layout, and manufacturing-ready components.
AutoCAD
Precision 2D drawings, DXF/DWG deliverables, and documentation for fabrication and machining.
FeatureCAM
Feature-based CAM that programs and verifies toolpaths, driving our CNC machining centers.
File Formats We Accept
Our networked machining centers accept the formats you already work in for direct input into our system.
