Our floor runs everything from 5-axis machining centers with four-pallet automation to a gantry mill that takes plates over twelve feet long, plus live-tooled turning centers that finish complex parts in a single setup. We upgrade equipment continuously so that you, the customer, reap the benefits.

One Setup, Five Sides
Three 5-axis centers cut complex geometry in a single fixturing. Fewer re-clamps means fewer chances to stack up error.
Four-Pallet Running
Both Matsuura MX-520s carry four-pallet changers, so parts keep cutting between staffed hours and production runs stay predictable.
Turn and Mill Together
Our ST 35Y and SL 30 both run live tooling with a C-axis — drilled, milled, and turned features finished without moving to a second machine.
