Quality Control & Process Documentation

Quality isn't a station at the end of the line. It is built into every step from the raw material arriving at our dock to the finished part leaving it.

Overview

Quality Is Embedded in the Process

Our precise attention to detail is inspected by our quality control team to make sure your part meets the exact specifications required. That is possible because quality control is embedded into our processes rather than bolted onto the end of them.

From the raw materials that come into our facility to the finished product that leaves our doors, we follow specific protocol and back our quality methods with process documentation. Our team performs incoming inspections, in-process checks, and finished product analysis — and records what it finds at each stage.

“If our part doesn't pass our quality control and meet our high standards, how can we expect it to meet yours?”

The Chain

Four Checkpoints, Dock to Dock

A part passes through inspection four times before it ships. Each checkpoint catches a different kind of problem — and catching it early is what keeps a scrapped part from becoming a missed deadline.

STAGE 01

Incoming Material

Raw stock is checked against the order and the specification before it ever reaches a machine. Wrong material caught at the dock costs nothing; caught at final inspection it costs the whole part.

STAGE 02

In-Process Checks

Operators verify critical dimensions while the job is still in the machine and still fixtured — the only point where a correction is cheap and the setup is still repeatable.

STAGE 03

Finished Product Analysis

The completed part is inspected against the print in full. Nothing leaves the shop on the assumption that the process held.

STAGE 04

Process Documentation

What was checked, what it measured, and who signed off — recorded so the job can be audited, repeated, or picked back up years later without guesswork.
